If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, don’t worry — we offer easy Return and Exchange options as per the following terms:
Return & Exchange Eligibility:
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Return or exchange is available only for size issues, damaged, or defective products received.
No Refund Policy:
Please note, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
In case of a return, you can choose to exchange the product or receive a store credit that can be used for future purchases.
Exchange Process:
Contact our customer support at support@bagruvastrakala.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product images (if damaged/defective).
Once approved, our team will guide you through the process of returning the product.
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your exchange or store credit will be processed.
